      Can I check the status of my order?

      Yes. Simply follow the receipt link listed in your confirmation email to view the status of your order or send an email directly to cs@theology.co for an update.

      What is your return policy?

      If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please address all returns to:

      The account with which you made the purchase will be credited within three days from the time we receive your return; it may take an additional 2-10 days for the transaction to post to your account, depending on you banking service.

      When will my order ship?

      Since our orders are printed on demand, it generally takes about 7 to 10 days for us to process each order before we ship it out for delivery.

      Where is my order confirmation?

      Sometimes our confirmation emails are identified as SPAM, so it may have landed in your SPAM folder. Otherwise you receive a shipping and tracking confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

      I get an error message when I enter my tracking number. What’s going on?

      If your package is traveling within the United States:
      Once shipped, it takes 24 to 48 hours for USPS.com to update tracking information on their website.

      If your package is traveling outside the United States:
      Unfortunately, once the package leaves the United States we’re unable to track the progress of its delivery.

      Do you carry petite, larger, additional, plus, or extended sizes of your clothing?

      We know not everyone is built the same, and we do our best to offer sizing that accommodates all body types. Depending on the style of apparel, we carry sizes that range from S to 3XL. Please note that our sizing options are limited to the availability of our apparel supplier.
